Dieline Genius (operated by AlphaCorr, LLC) collects only the information
necessary to process your design orders and provide customer support.
Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, and company
(via our identity provider, Keycloak).
- Order data: design selections, parameter values,
and payment transaction IDs.
- Payment: processed entirely by PayPal. We do not
store credit card numbers.
How We Use Your Information
- Generate and deliver your ordered design files.
- Communicate order status and support requests.
- Improve our service and design catalog.
Data Retention
Order records and generated files are retained for your future access.
You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting
support@alphacorr.com.
